To be honest, Emma was surprised there weren't more blocks up. Wasn't Scott one of Charles' golden students? Emma would have thought that he would want Scott's mind kept in tact. Insanity, while flattering on some mutants, was not a good color on the leader of the X-Men. Scott's memories were probably one of Xavier's best kept secrets, why weren't there more blocks?
Then, without fail, a voice that wasn't Scott's - but at the same time was Scott's - came out from the woodwork. It was a voice that even Emma recognized.
Emma's nose wrinkled as Logan showed up in his mind, "Even in that pretty little mind of yours, darling, he looks ghastly." A look of contempt washed over her as Logan's claws popped out of his knuckles, "Well, my dear, I think that's only something you know how to do." A brow arched slightly, as she placed a hand on Scott's shoulder and nudged him towards the telepathic block in the form of Logan.
Before her grasp left his shoulder, Emma leaned forward, her lips barely grazing his ear as she whispered, "Remember, he's only as strong as you make him, after all, this is your mind not his. Whatever he's guarding must be valuable if the strongest thing that you could come up with guard that memory is a Canadian mountain man." Emma took a step back from Scott, allowing him to gain control of his own blocks as she went about sorting through his mind. She felt like a secretary filing thoughts and memories that were displaced.
"Personally, love, I prefer diamond. It doesn't talk back." A smirk curled on her lips, as she began to wonder if Scott was really mentally ready for this.
