Scott was hardly worried about the mess the school was in. Right now, he was messed up in the head and didn't know which way was up. But he was still Scott Summers. No matter what the world threw at him, he had the same values. Even when he was stealing to survive, he never killed anyone. But it still bothered him he was reduced to acting the way he did. He told himself there wasn't an option, but there was always a choice.
As he followed Kitty, he arrived at the office and heard the familiar voice. It was odd, considering a few months ago he couldn't even remember Ororo, but now he knew everything of his past. It was a little surreal. He stood out of sight as Kitty made sure it was all clear. As she mentioned a bad phone call and how her visitor could cheer things up, he stepped in behind her.
"Uh...Hey, Ororo?"
He wasn't really sure what else to say or do. Ororo was on the first team with him. They had known one another since they were students. With Kitty, it was a Teacher/Student reunion. With Storm, it was a Brother/Sister reunion. A little bit different, but he felt an odd emotion when he saw her again. It would be the same if he saw Jean or Hank again. But sadly, he wouldn't see Jean, and the news told him Hank was some ambassador for mutants now. So Ororo and Scott were the last of the originals. Either way, he just looked at her through a red tint, wondering how she would take in his resurrection.
