"That figures. I probably couldn't get him to teach me how to make it, and I could just teach the class." He said with a sigh. He wanted them to be entertained, but not by a predator. That is what he is, right? But then again, Dante would hate being prejudged, truth or not. "I wish I could get a celebrity chef to come and present something to my class, to show them that knowing how to cook isn't something to be taken lightly, or that only women cook. I'd kill to get Gordon Ramsay in my kitchen." He mused out loud.
"Oh I know, and I bribe them almost every week, which works well. I bring truffles to class and if everything goes smoothly, then they take a few when they leave. So at least I know the kids like me, and they respect me enough, I just wish I could get them to take my class more seriously. I'm sure the teachers after me dislike me giving them candy so often, but I just want them to learn not to burn things, just the basics." He said with a laugh.
"Oh, no. Don't get me wrong, I am grateful that my physical mutation is not extreme like that. I feel for those who have to suffer because of that." He said with a frown. "I've always tried to hard to fit in, and it feels nice to be here and not have to worry about it so much." He kind of blurted out. Normally he didn't talk about these kind of things, but Jamie was ok. Right? "I met her in my shop, actually. It was right after I got back from Paris, a few days after working under Robert Linxe at Le Maison du Chocolat." He was blabbering.
"Yeah, I think that is what she does. I mean, I've never seen her do it, but I hear that is what her power is." He confided. "She buys chocolates from my shop sometimes." He said as-a-matter-of-factly. He didn't think it was gross. He always wondered if it hurt her to pull her skin off. What if she got a hangnail? Dumb questions.
"Oh wow. I didn't actually expect my suggestion to pay off!" He said excitedly. "So... we just go grab him?" He asked curiously.
