Who: Logan and open What: Leaving the mansion When: Afternoon Where: Garage and surrounding area Rating: Hmm this is Logan here's no telling where it could go.
Since his return he'd been keeping a low profile, trying to catch up on what happened around there in his absence. The more he found out, the less he liked. But the fact Magneto was there, and staying that meant one thing. Logan was gone and more than likely this time he wouldn't be back. There was no way in hell he would work with or take orders from that geriatric psychopath. He couldn't for the life of him figure out what the hell Storm was thinking. One too many lightning bolts to the head maybe?
Didn't matter none, he wasn't sticking around to see whatever Magneto had up his sleeve unfold. He was untrustworthy and a sonuvabitch to boot in Logan's eyes. Logan hitched his bag over his shoulder and headed out the doors. First he made a stop to the memorial plots. He rest his hand tenderly over Jeans headstone and sighed. On some level Logan blamed Magneto, at least partly for Jeans death. He fed that entity that lived inside of her full of hate and bitterness, pushing her on when she could of been saved.
Out of respect he gave a nod to Scott's grave as well. One thing he was certain of, One Eye would of agreed with him completely on this matter. Then finally he stopped at Xavier's stone and stood there for a long silent moment. He knew Erik and Xavier had been friends, but that didn't change the fact they were both radically different and had completely opposing ideals.
One thing he did know, Charles would of never left his school and these children in that mad mans hands. "I'm sure you've turned over a couple times in there Chuck." Sighing heavily he patted the smooth top of the stone. Turning away he headed for the garage to get his truck. He'd left short note on Storms desk telling her he was gone, and he wouldn't be back until Magneto was gone.
There was a modicum of guilt he felt about leaving. That he should be there to protect the kids from what Erik was going to do. But then again he also know no one around here listened to him anyway. No, they all thought he was just some big, dumb muscle with no leadership capabilities. Well, now they were all lambs to be led to the slaughter. Passing through the kitchen he grabbed his beer he'd kept there, figuring with what had been going on there lately that was a minor broken rule. He leaned against the counter and sipped his beer, having one last one there before he hit the road.
