Lorna grimaced. Okay, this wasn't going to be that easy. She could deal with that. A lot of stuff in her life hadn't been 'that easy.' It took a moment to realize something else, too. She had a class with this guy, she was sure. Which was saying something when you considered her schedule and her skipped grade that applied to it.
Which meant she should really know his name. But she didn't. Simply because she didn't really pay attention to these things... maybe she should, but she never had before. The few friends she had cultivated that were her own age were on the other side of the country, after all.
"Um, yes," Lorna returned, "It's giving me a headache. I can turn it off from here if you won't." It almost sounded like a threat. If it wasn't so quiet.
