Ororo kept her mouth shut about Logan, not wanting to sound bitter. Had Logan been there, the outcome wouldn't have been much different, but the night might have ended a little sooner and the injuries may have been slightly fewer.
"I'll take you to the secondary facilities," she said at length, fixing Wade with a hard stare. "Just know that you will be watched twenty-four seven. Not just because we have security cameras and active programs there because, obviously, these things are of little concern to you. You'll be watched by every member of my staff because I don't trust you and you haven't given me too many reasons as to why I should yet. I'm letting you stay in good faith." That, and it was better to keep him where she could see him.
Leaving Kitty's side, she walked closer to Wade, their more than obvious height difference not at all effecting the dominance of her presence. "Step one foot out of line and you won't like the consequences." She kept her eyes on his masked face for a moment longer before speaking to Hank. "I'll be back as soon as I finish a sweep of the mansion." To Wade, she said, "Let's go."
