It was impossible for her to tell how long she'd been out. Even coming back around was something of a slow process. She was the close of someone who had uncharted healing abilities, but that didn't mean she was the Wolverine himself. Her heart started up first, slow but rhythmic. The blood started pumping and her lungs expanded in a soft sigh. She lay there for a moment feeling the rain on her skin and the cold around her body.
She opened her eyes to slits to see the mist mutant standing there. just standing there. Fucking moron.
Silently, X-23 got to her feet. her claws slid out slow and soundless. She didn't even speak to warn him. That would take the fun out of it, after all. Instead she aimed a punch at the back of his head, her claws going though his throat. her only comment to him was, "I've had better."
