Knowing Bobby as well as she did, or at least as well as she used to, Rogue knew how Bobby could try and put a good face on anything. She would have called him out on it if it had been another subject, something not so close to his heart. Instead, she let it be with, "They're your family. Course they love you."
Quick to jump to her defense, Rogue smiled at Bobby with reservation. "Thanks, Bobby. I know I left 'cause I felt like everybody was lookin' at me sideways. Still kinda feel like they all might when those who know me realize I'm back, but they way things are goin'..." She trailed off with a shrug. One minute she was at peace with her powers coming back, the next she was entertaining the thought of getting the cure again. Eventually she'd have to make up her mind. "Good to know I've got someone 'sides Ro on my side."
She stood and picked up her empty wine glass. "I'll just run this back to the staff kitchen an' grab my coat. Meet you outside in two shakes." With a wink, she walked briskly from the music room and headed for the stairs.
