I simply can't fangirl you enough for what you've started here, and how you've orchestrated it. It's honestly surpassed all my wildest expectations.

There's so much varied talent in this fandom, and I adore you guys so much for drawing that out, both from the regular fanworks producers and from people who took a chance on this fest. I'm totally floored by the wealth of fantastic fic, vids, icons and art this fest has produced, and I hope that for you guys, the fun of it outweighed the organisational gripes that something of this scope must surely entail. You've been SO COMPLETELY AWESOME, with organising the sign-ups, matching people up, being helpful and spot-on with all the organisational details, and with the clockwork posting every day and the weekly roundups. Fucking brilliant!

And Also, I'm so impressed with how you've paced the posting of this - every week was such a great mixture of fic and vids and icons/graphics, and it just felt like a really ideal line-up, starting with that perfect threesome vid that totally set the tone for this fest as an expression of all the things that Eskimos appreciate so much: crack, alternate possibilities, creativity, humour, poignancy and the kind of INAPPROPRIATE SHIPPING that the mainstream viewership finds so distasteful (muahahahaha!). Going on from there, it was such a fabulous progression through the crack and the woobie, the deep character insights and the reinvention of canon and artistic variety of the icons. And I'll love you forever for ending it with the epic Marc Hagendorf fic of possible futures... like I've spazzed on the fic itself, it felt like a really meaningful statement on the spirit of this fest and this creative community as a whole: Nothing is impossible here.

And you still have a masterlist and a guessing poll coming??? OMG. Could you BE any more fabulous?

Basically I second everything Aldi said so beautifully. There simply will never be enough thanks and adoration in the world to adequately convey how much HoFest has meant to all of us, and how amazing you two are for making it happen.
