Her hand was soft, familiar in his as they walked, a bit too familiar. She slid her hand from his. "Top secret? Or perhaps too embarrassed to be seen with-" her voice trailed up as they happened up the carriage. His lips sent shivers down her spine, barely grazing against her ear. She glanced over at Cyrus knowingly, one eyebrow arching in amusement. "Oh my, what a crazy random happenstance!"
She let him help her into the carriage, her fingers lingering slightly longer on his than necessary. She wasn't entirely thrilled of the prospect of traveling around vampire territory, but kept her mouth shut. The carriage began with a jerk, the hooves of the horse steadily clacking against the pavement. Settling back, she looked around them and then glanced back up at Cyrus. "Well, before this date continues, we need to set up ground rules." She held up a finger, eyeing him up and down, "No biting. You try to bite me and I'm gone. If you try to do any vampire trick, then I don't care how you try to win my favor, I'm gone. Do we have a deal?"
