Despite Chi's shielding of her, Dodger could feel the vampire's power, pushing her, pulling her leopard, calling not just the leopard, but the woman too. Dodger shook her head at him, and turned away from him, as the song ended, to walk back to her dressing room. The re-newed power had to her clutching the door frame as it snaked within her, toying with her, making her want to run to him, crawl to him, beg him to give her some release. But Dodger refused. The leopard wasn't happy about this, and fought her. She managed to make it into her dressing room before leaned against the wall, sliding down the wall, to sit on the floor, using all of her self control not to shift, or go to the mysterious vampire.
Silently she begged for Chi to come help her, even as she knew, he needed to deal with the vampire, and shield himself from the call. If the vampire could get Chi, he'd have the whole Pard in the palm of his hand. Which was unacceptable. Dodger knew she would be collateral damage, completely unaware that she was more then that, that she was indeed the prize in this pissing contest.
