Mina was off from work for the evening, which should mean that she was out enjoying herself. However instead she found herself being called in to work by frantic bouncers who felt they needed backup as the 'vampires' had just come in. God damn wimps, what the hell was wrong with them? It was just some vampires.
Rather than being dressed in her normal work attire, she was in leather pants that fit her as a second skin with a simple matching black bra, her chains and necklaces swinging back and forth as she sauntered into Red's, her boots clicking along the floors. Instantly her eyes fell upon the group of vampires near the stage, or more specifically fell upon HIM. Alexis, Master of the City. He had a small entourage, sitting back in that arrogantly sexy way of his. Turning towards Jacob behind her, she raised an eyebrow. "Really, Jake? This is what you called me in over?" A small handful of vampires in the bar were hardly cause for concern.
An argument was escalating by the bar counter, escalating until the first man began swinging punches at the guy blocking a girl behind him. Pointedly she looked to Jake, who was still flustered over the vampires and looked like he would make a bigger mess rather than clean it up. Rolling her pale eyes she stepped in the middle of the fray right between swinging punches. Lightning fast, her arms shot out, grabbing the fist of each guy within her hands a few inches from her face and squeezing. Flexing her hands it took only seconds before each man was on his knees, the bones beginning to creak beneath the pressure. "You fight at Red's, you get kicked out. Yes?" Whimpering the two nodded and after another moment for good measure, she released them, letting them crumple up to cradle their broken hands to their bodies.
With a disapproving look on her face, she turned back to the young bouncer. "Now get me a beer and get back to work." Her tone left no room for argument. "And take the trash out with you." With a brief nod, Jacob snatched a beer and tossed it to her, then began to dutifully drag the two men out of the bar. Shaking her head she laughed at the bartender. "I hate training weeks," she grinned and tossed her head back to take a swig.
