"Man, really going for the hard cor berserker aren't you?" She quipped as she grabbed the supplied and hooked them up to her tablet and went to work.
In the digital space, her Avatar stood there before a digital representation of the mansion's security, her HUD showing her the best route to take as well as an inventory of sorts of her programs. She immediately accessed the smoke and mirrors program to hide her IRL location. She also put up a guard program to help block her against any security- it would take damage before her. Then, she moved in. Moving through the space was easy enough. She was cautious to avoid any security software. Spotting a sentry IC (Intrusion countermeasures), she released a tar baby program that basically acted like a nuisance spam program to keep the sentry occupied while she moved past it. Her Avatar glimmered with the smoke and mirrors program as the guard, represented by a shield moved before her.
Then she found her first datanode. It was a security node. She set a decrypt program on it and proceeded on. The program would let her know when she was done. It didn't take long to find the access port for the next area. And immediately she was alerted to a number of security. Apparently the camera's were a bit more protected than the lights. Twitch looked through her programs and released two muggers, one on each side, both equipped with stealth to take out the security IC. She quickly moved through the data to the next node, like walking through a room, and set another decrypt.
She found a place in the files to sit and wait, fortifying herself behind a firewall as the files decrypted and she gained full access to each of the systems. Next, was the harder part. Digitally, she waved her hand and minimized the two new access files and pulled up the security map. Her sniffer had located the wireless comms and she tapped the access port which caused her avatar to teleport there.
Immediately she found herself surrounded by security drones. Of course. She accessed a program called 'killer' as her shield took damage. Thus far no alarms were sounded. She wouldn't have much time though. Quickly she felt the weight of the gun in her hands, it wasn't really a gun but it was a digital representation of one. Firing in quick bursts she took out two of the IC and had to chase the third down, catching it just before it managed to signal her intrusion. [In the real world Twitch tensed up, her breathing quickened before she released a sigh of relief.] With security taken out she set her decrypt program to work on the node and repositioned her firewall. Once it was done she tapped the happy door in the top of her HUD.
Twitch blinked. "Okay, access is mine. She could see the files added to her AR HUD and she pulled them up. Comms, off. Security's, off. And power in 3, 2... 1." With almost no sound, all the lights blacked out, only the blue glow of her AR rig could be seen and the red lights on the signal jammer and her tablet.
