Who: Bart Allen, Billy Kaplan What: A case of mistaken identity- isn't that always the way? Where: Midtown High When: Thursday, May 3rd, after school. Rating: Probably PG
Bart had meant to talk to the Flash about the other kid with super speed a while ago, but with prom coming up and everything, he'd forgotten. Thankfully, when he went in search for the kid at the police station, he wasn't there-- he must have been released.
So Kid Flash hightailed it over to Midtown High, zooming across the campus at 3:06 (his own school had only let out six minutes ago), looking for the boy that he'd met some time ago. Bart finally spotted him, walking towards one of the nearby subway station. He'd dyed his hair, but his face was exactly the same. Kid Flash ran up to catch up to him, tapping him on the shoulder before falling back a few feet and waving.
"Hi. Sorry I didn't get in touch with you until now. I kinda... well things got kinda hectic and..." He was a bad liar, "Okay, so I forgot- but I totally want you to meet The Flash. He'll definitely be able to help you get your speed under control."
