Bruce listened and nodded, letting her know he understood what she was saying. Tapping his temple in mirror of her gesture, he nodded a second time. "I knew," he confirmed. "Barbara is Batgirl again... and Oracle still."
Looking her in the eye, Bruce frowned. "It doesn't matter. I knew a long time," he agreed. "Did I take Batgirl away from you?"
Bruce put a finger on her chest. "Batgirl is important to Barbara, too. But you, are my Batgirl." He smiled. "Who is Batman?" he asked.
Then added more seriously, "I didn't tell you, because it doesn't matter if there are two of you. And because it was Barbara's story to tell. Not mine. You're part of the team - only you or I get to say when you're not. Understand?"
