He glanced down at himself, a smile on his face. He knew he cleaned up well, though often it would be for some sort of spy/undercover mission that didn't require a target dead. So to be able to dress up for a night of fun with the woman he loved, well that was a far better reason to clean up like he had.
"I do try. Amazing what a spit shine can do," he teased, his lips quirking into a smile. When she took his hand he shifted to hold it and brought it up to his lips and kissed the back of it, his eyes locked on hers.
"So," he said after he lowered her hand but not letting go of it. "Shall we head out? We have a couple hours to spend at the restaurant before we need to head to the next destination." He still hadn't told her about the ballet yet and the tickets were tucked securely in his jacket pocket. He also was hoping that L.L. would like the restaurant. The cuisine was a lot more fancy than typical fare you found on Parisian streets.
