Damian's first instinct was to refute that comment. Cutting out eyes was messy and required a good deal of skill. There were so many more effective ways to blind a person or to torture them. He had seen many examples during his team with the League. A moment later he frowned to himself. That wasn't the path he was on any longer and to think that his his thoughts turned to those experiences first was disappointing. Belatedly, he wondered if he should be concerned about Loki's dream... but Loki seemed comfortable enough around him and dreams were ambiguous. There were many experts who dedicated themselves to exploring the unconscious mind but no definite claims had been made.
But now was not the time for speculation. Damian dodged a few books and struck others out of the air. Titus crouched low to the floor. Just when he seemed to have a handle on the situation Loki bolted. Damian glowered and then shot after them. It was a good thing the Manor was expansive. In any other residence, they would have woken everyone with their antics. (Everyone that was home, that is.) Damian nodded in response to Ikol's direction, unfortunately, Loki was running the opposite way from the kitchen or the closest bath. Letting Loki out of his sight was not an option.
He caught up to the other teen and made to grab his upper arm, hoping Loki was out of it enough not to put up much resistance. "This way," Damian said, tugging him in the opposite direction. Then, in an effort to curtail any protests, he added, "I know a shortcut."
