Re: Teams converge
“Hydra can die in a fire, right, Loki?” L.L. came into view behind Loki with bloodied sword in hand. She had taken the lead and dealt with any Hydra agents that attempted to slow their process. Strange helped, of course, but she was determined to take the responsibility of fighting off the agents out of his hands so he could concentrate on more important things. When dealing with a particularly feisty foe, Loki had managed to wander off ahead despite her desire to keep him trailing behind for his own safety. He didn't get far before she hurriedly caught up with him.
She wiped the sword onto the turquoise tights, leaving a streak of red on the side of her thigh. There were other signs of blood splattered on her costume and even a cut on the opposite arm, but she paid it no mind. She was running on pure determination and adrenaline.
“Dr. Strange isn't far behind,” she informed both Loki and Mia. She finally allowed herself the chance to smile at the blonde. It was strained, but showed relief. “Thank the gods. You're not alone, are you? Are the others here?”
