Re: Dr Strange!
There was no doubt he was unsteady. Imbalanced. He didn't have spring to his step and his grin was too tight, his eyes unable to focus on any one thing. He was practically shuffling, seeming to have to focus on his steps where before he would thoughtlessly bound one direction than the other. Everything indicated damage, just the physical so much less than what a human frame would have manifest. There was a hollowness there that the mystical eye could see where magic was absent. But something else under it all. Manic and happy. He was downright slaphappy at their presence, for whatever he lacked in energy in wit. They didn't forget about me. They came and found me. Okay... It's going to be okay.
He halted as the shield was raised over them, watching its glow. Very pretty after so long of bland artificial lights. "Master... Your mouth." Ikol was the one to remind him, and Loki looked at the magpie for a beat longer than it should have taken him to realize. Then he scrubbed at his mouth with his arm, getting most of the blood off of him. There was still a sheen of it, but that would take something more to wash it off.
"Did I get it?"
"...Eh, Close enough. This way, lady and doctor." Ikol flew down the corridor. "Two hostiles incoming. M'lady can kindly deal with them."
