Re: Afternoon Visitor!
She was surprised Bruce had left at all; but even he had a bladder that sometimes needed to be emptied-- or maybe nurses to corner with a thousand questions about what was actually normal and whether or not things were actually alright. Still; she didn't mind. It was a quiet moment and she was glad for it. At least until someone came into the room without knocking, or announcing themselves. Someone who had managed to sneak past Alfred.
Thankfully, it was someone she was pretty happy to see, even if he seemed stand offish. He and Maria should get together sometime and complain about the audacity their friends had to get knocked up.
"Hey." She said with a smile, though she kept her voice low. "About ten pounds, though I don't recommend it as a crash diet." She murmured, smiling at the bear. It was a sweet gesture.
"See for yourself." Dinah added, pointing down to the sleeping infant in her lap. He didn't have much going by way of looks yet, except for a good amount of healthy baby chub, what little hair he had was covered by a tiny beanie. Being that he was also swaddled up like a baby burrito in a hospital issue blanket, there wasn't much more to see.
"I think he looks like Winston Churchill but since I've never met Winston Churchill, I've been assured that he is not, in fact, the father."
