Re: Big Present Reveal! - Near the end of event time.
The whole thing seemed silly to her; but Bruce had casually reminded her that it wasn't really for her, even if she was the star attraction. Maybe more like the conveyor of the star attraction. She honestly felt gigantic, and clumsy, and slow, but they still had another seven weeks (in the single digits!) to go before this part was over and the actual scary part began. She had to take the stairs slowly, but she was glad for it because Alfred had, for some reason, been keeping her from the nursery all day. She wasn't sure what scheme had come up, but Alfred was keeping the secret and she was happy to have the mystery finally solved.
She looked suspiciously at Mia when she was finally given permission to open the nursery, but did so, taking in strange gift wrapped furniture standing int he middle of the room. She tore the paper open, a look of surprise crossing her face as she revealed all the books beneath. The surprise broke into a smile and she lightly covered her mouth with her fingertips, beaming at the surprise.
"... Oh, thank you, guys. This--- wow, this is great. He's going to be the most well-read baby in the history of time. Thank you so much."
