"I don't need four months to find a dog sitter," Damian pointed out. That was simply excessive. Whereas he'd been thinking of the off days, Lance had taken his silence to assume the opposite. His brow furrowed slightly in annoyance. Avoiding the topic obviously hadn't worked out as planned. Fine. There'd have to be a discussion after all. If only to manage expectations.

Because keeping Sin from playing with Titus would take more effort than it was worth for all parties involved. "Great Danes do not require a significant amount of activity. You shouldn't plan your exercise routine around him."
And maybe it wasn't exactly a request, but Titus was his dog, and as Damian had said earlier, his responsibility. Dinah had been the one to involve herself of her own accord.
