Re: Dinah + Maria
Dinah grabbed a chip with a nod of thanks and ate it promptly-- it never saw her little paper plate-- looking out across the lawns to watch the other guests cooking, eating, and playing.
"Mine's not really into holidays." Or vacations. Or fun. But that all went without saying, "I didn't think yours would miss an opportunity to say hi to his idol on said idol's birthday. Or maybe we're just waiting for him to put the finishing touches on his Cap costume before getting the man himself to sign his 100% historically accurate shield?" She teased.
Dinah rolled a shoulder in a shrug, but there was a little smile glinting on her face, to match the subtle shimmering of the rose gold and diamond ring on her left hand. "Things are good. Interesting. I'm still not sure what's going to happen with all of my furniture and stuff. It's not like it matches the decor in the Manor, but Alfred's assured me we'll find a place for everything I want to keep." Though she couldn't for a moment imagine where he was going to fit in the framed original poster from Wildcat's fights with the Victorian and otherwise antique desks and chairs, but she had every faith in Alfred.
"Probably going to rent the brownstone out now. You know anyone interested in living in Gotham that needs top of the line security?"
