Damian let Grayson dole out cocoa then carefully set his cup aside. For the most part, Pennyworth was an adequate chef, but Damian's attention was more focused on the conversation. Food could wait. Besides, Pennyworth's hot chocolate always seemed to be a tad too sweet.
He frowned as he listened to the situation. The direct approach was clearly out. Their group would make quick work of whoever was inside but there were too many outstanding questions and it wouldn't do to give their targets any opportunity to slip out and head for ground.
"It would make sense," Damian added, not wanting to agree with Todd but his assumption, surprisingly, seemed sound. "The infrastructure is already in place. It stands to reason that things would be a lot more tense if there were two groups in play."
Groups like that were notoriously territorial. If two different groups were in the area, there'd be signs. An uptick in security, at the very least. Even if the groups had some sort of treaty or cease fire, they'd still want to be on their guard. Their little rooftop quartet was proof of that.
