Bruce was often considered coldly logical by those who didn't know him well enough to see how much emotion drove him. He was an emotional man, but logic dictated him as well, and as unbelievable as this was - as... he couldn't even put the words together in his mind... as unbelievable as it was that Dinah could be pregnant, the proof was right in front of them. He remembered, once, seeing inside Clark's mind, and this was how it had felt, racing faster than Bruce could keep up with. It slowed, though, when she said she was keeping it, because he hadn't really expected her to do otherwise, but the relief he felt cleared something inside of him. Where he'd been overwhelmed, Bruce's heart settled. He wasn't calm, but there was no reason he should be. It was life-changing, unexpected, and...

For a minute, he didn't realize what she was saying, and stared at her uncomprehendingly as it washed over him, both his personal fears and anxieties, his hopes, and love. He didn't understand until Dinah trailed off wordlessly, unable to complete her thoughts, and then Bruce got it.
Frowning, not at all sure why she would even think he would feel that way, Bruce swept her up and pulled her into his lap. He kissed her, hard. "You couldn't get rid of me if you tried," he said quietly, brushing her hair aside.
