Re: Dinah and Open
"I really believe that you wouldn't stop her if she thought she was going to out-stubborn you. The two of you could go head to dead with cinder blocks and it wouldn't even muse your hair." She said with a wink, teasing their shared hardheadedness. Not that Dinah wasn't hardheaded herself; but they weren't talking about her.
Dinah chuckled when he finally relented, and returned his kiss, though he was already moving on to kiss her neck in a way that was all together inappropriate for current company and people their age. She couldn't be bothered to care.
The thought occurred to her to suggest Bruce take Maria someplace with guns-- but second thought stilled the suggestion on her tongue. "Take her to a dive bar where she can pick a fight. She'll have a great time." And Bruce likely would in spite of himself as well.
She didn't bother playing bashful and beamed at him when he said she was persistent, shrugging one shoulder in a completely unapologetic manner. "If being persistent was all it took to nab you, I think there are a couple others who would have ended up here instead of me. Vicki comes to mind." Along with half a dozen others that weren't fit to discuss in civilized (aka non-costumed) company. Bruce always had been like catnip to women of all sorts, just because he was older now didn't mean anything had changed.
