The dog deserved some variety in her life, Ollie had long ago decided, and he was perfectly capable of dropping a few tidbits on the floor for her every now and then. Hell, half the time he probably didn't even need the encouragement. There was a woman who came in and cleaned once a week, but if Ollie could get Underdog to start on the floors for her, he considered it a mark of good karma on his record.
Between what Bruce had told him and what he'd suspected on his own, that seemed to jive, though Ollie wasn't entirely sure what to say about the super ninja kid. Dinah'd always wanted kids. She'd always been good with them, no matter what age. But he was the one who was always bringing home strays. Part of him hadn't thought that Dinah would ever end up with a kid of her own, despite ample opportunity to adopt. She just never seemed ready to pull the trigger.
Another part of him thought it was about damn time.
He smiled to his chili bowl, then looked over at Mia again, "I'm sure Ritchie Rich has it all figured out by now, but I already offered our," technically his but he could still give Speedy an order or two. Probably. For Dinah, anyway, "help with whatever she needs, so if you hear about anything we should be doing, you'll keep me updated?" He asked. It wasn't really a question. Then again, he wouldn't expect anything different from Mia anyway.
