Teen Titan's Bday Who: Teen Titans and mentors When: 8/1/15 (back a little) Where: Teen Titan commons hideout What: Birthday party for July bdays! Rating: Shenanigans! Feel free to thread!
Really, Teddy had wanted to put this together much sooner, but the problem laid in that the others were busy with previous things every single weekend. So he had to settle for a late bday party. He made up for it by the fact the decorations were fabulous.
Okay, actually he couldn't take too much credit for the decorations. Much of those were L.L. and Billy. He'd been more the fetch-it and move-it boy. Which he had done very well, he was proud to say! The common room had been entirely transformed, the lightbulbs replaced with bulbs that kept changing color, painting the room in green, then blue, then purple, then red and so on. There were chains of lights down the halls, lighting them with the same color-changing light. A table was stocked full of sodas, a box of starbucks coffee, a ridiculous assortment of chips and dips, layered trays of finger snacks, a chocolate fondue fountain, and cupcakes. A big tub of ice stood to the side with a scoop in it. There was also a table that Billy had transformed the tablecloth to look like a ship on the front and a large sign of "Place Loot Here!" above it for guests to deposit presents on.
The training room now had black lights, and there were vests with black-light paint trays standing by before entering the room. People had to decorate their own gear before going in on the floor for paint ball. The training room had also been a lot of Billy's doing, making it an obstacle of black-lit glowing green and orange barriers, mats that glowed a dull red or blue, swinging tires splattered different colors and more. The paint balls were all pale colors in comparison, almost pastel looking so they could be told from the other paints. Everyone had been warned to bring clothes for the paint balling, something loose to wear over.
The playlists that now pounded in the rooms was easy at least. All Teddy had to do was have Spree pick the tunes for party appropriate beats that she knew the teens liked. The AI was only too happy to comply.
And of course, there was the sign hanging plain for everyone to see: "Happy Birthday Speedy and Robin!" and tacked on just below that sign another colorful sparkly one "And Cyclone!"
