BAMF!
Dinah refound her balance quickly on the deck, blue eyes quickly darting the empty siderail of the boat. "I am never going to get used to the bamfing, NC," she whispered, though she was smiling in a way that said she probably would. Aside from the three, the rail was empty on this side of the large ship. There was nothing but bleak sky overhead skimmed with clouds and black water in front of them. She touched her earring, hearing the reassuring soft static that told her the others had their coms on as well.
Right. Now to work. They all had jobs to do, all rehearsed before the ship was in close enough range for Kurt from their small stealthy boat. Her job was to clear the path to the holding bay and then keep any of the baddies from getting to their far-too-techy guns they intended to sell. Zinda was to overtake the bridge and get control of the ship. Kurt was going to take out everything in between. Things were close quarters, but Kurt could trip anyone up in the narrow halls of the ship, lock the doors on them and never get trapped.
So without any delay the Black Canary started racing off toward the rear of the ship, listening to her com. "Got the first catch of the night," she whispered, then without pause she ran two steps up the side of the ship, grabbed the rail higher up and launched herself to the higher deck where someone was taking a cigarette break. Her foot rounded into his temple with the same momentum that carried her over the rail. Her eyes darted again, then quickly tugged the man out of immediate sight and taking his gun.
"Careful, guys. This crew isn't playing." They could hear her pulling the gun apart over the com with a few neat clicks before racing on. The goal was to do as much as they could before the alarm sounded.
