Maxine took a deep breath outside the door. Okay. No Tornado Mouth. Just a first time meeting between her and some .... super amazing people her age who were HEROES!!!! Another deep breath, and her fingers clenched around the large picnic basket that she'd stuffed with fudge bars, lemon bars, cookies, and at least one pie.

Smoothing her light green pencil skirt, she pressed the button near the door. "Uhm ... this is ... " she hesitated and then whispered "Cyclone. I .... I was invited over to meet everyone."

Spree knew to expect Maxine. The goal was to get her to meet everyone and get her set up. So when she showed up, Spree would have let the door open. It opened into a small foyer and then a living area. There was some couches and entertainment stuff. Just looking at it you'd never guess what was under the surface.

Mia was on the couch yelling at the tv and elbowing Teddy who was sitting beside her. It was a rather intense game of Mario Kart. But she perked up instantly. "She's here." She waved Maxine in. "Make yourself at home."

"AH! I shot myself with a green shell!" He looked helplessly at the screen. While he loved playing video games, he was maybe the worst of the Titans at playing them. But he had them beat in retro game experience. His mom could never afford the brand new systems for him when he was younger, but he got all sorts of used older systems to play on. (Sadly the whole collection had been lost when his house had burned.)

"Hey, girl!" He greeted cheerfully as he set the controller aside. Maxine already knew what he looked like without his green face on, so he hadn't bothered with it just yet. "That basket is huge. Here, let me help."

He was so going to peek at the goodies.

Amadeus whooped loudly and rushed over, snatching the basket right out of Teddy's hands. He opened it up to see the contents and quickly grabbed himself a fudge bar. "No way! Home made treats? You're my new favorite Titan!"

He took a bite and sighed happily. "These are awesome! Oh... Boss Lady? I'm nearly done with the specs for the new security system upgrades."

Stepping inside, she only got a little glance around before Teddy and a new boy was there. There was elation over the treats and she felt her cheeks flush a little bit with elation.

"Hi Teddy! Hi Mia!" She waved over to the couch, and then looked at the person she didn't know, flushing more at the compliment. "Uhm ....HiI'mMaxineandit'sveryncietomeetyouI'mgladyoulikethefoodIcanalwaysmakemoreif--" She stopped, and put her hands up to her face with embarrassment.

Tornado Mouth strikes again.

	It was then that Underdog who'd been napping on a cushion looked up looking as confused as any dog could "Maxine that's Amadeus. Amadeus. Cho." She said popping up. She scooped up the dog. "Wow, she can give the speedsters a run for their money. No worries! We've been adapted to a bit of super speed talk. Didn't realize it was one of your many power sets, though," he said with a teasing smile. His arm, while talking, had stretched and wriggled about like a green noodle, quickly hooking into the basket and grabbing a lemon bar from Cho before slithering into normal arm-proportions rapidly. This was now being shoved into his mouth. He made a grab at his chest, as though is heart couldn't contain it, almost looking tearful. "Along with baking... ermergerd... I need a moment."
