Teddy and open
"Yeh-es! My shoelaces glow! Ooh! So does my minor stamp!" He looked to the back of his hand happily. Under-21 was allowed, but only after branding to alert the bartenders.
Down on the bottom floor, the blacklights were the only lighting, turning the entire atmosphere dark except where it reflected or there were glowsticks. There were wild paint splatters and designs that made the entire atmosphere a blare of black and neon color. Teddy stopped someone who had a pale drink (so of course it looked bright white-blue), asking where he had gotten his face painted. The teen offered him a blue smile past his painted lips and purple eyemakeup. "Back there. My friend's getting butterflies."
"Awesome! Thanks! Love your heels, by the way."
So when Teddy was finally out on the floor with a seemingly-glowing lemonade, someone had somehow gotten his shirt unbuttoned and a glowing Green Lantern symbol was painted on his chest, along with an interesting multi-colored swirl up one side of his face. He wasn't sure where the glowstick necklace had come from, but he definitely wasn't complaining.
