He grinned at the comment of his hitting like a mack truck. "Training and practice," he returned. The elbow had him grunting with the block and, while the knee wasn't as strong as it could have been, it still threw him a bit off balance so he had to stumble back to regain his footing.
"You're getting better," he complimented, grinning a little. He didn't stop the attack though and continued his assault, wanting to push Teddy to see how well he could do now in sparring.
