"It's getting better. Just don't want to slow it down at all." He smiled and rolled it as though to demonstrate that it moved just fine. It was still just tender, and he was sure to get enough new bruises from Conner.
Teddy spread his hands when he looked. "None that I can tell aside from so far we have a side of the city where it's popping up at. It's very scattered, and the perps so far only have samples, so we've not found a lode to really trace it back effectively. And sorry, I'm squeamish about bashing in teeth till people spill everything." Teddy had a temper, but he was still pretty kind-hearted, even though they'd been exposed to some rough things on the streets. It wasn't worth it to him to hospitalize the pettier criminals. He had other means of sneaking about and finding information, anyhow.
Teddy kicked off his sneakers. "Let me get out of my jeans really quick," he said, heading to the changing area. Wasn't long before he was on the mat though, the stretchier vest and pants in place and his frame plating with scaly green armor. There were some members of the team he didn't need to armor himself against. Conner was definitely not one of them. He touched a fist onto the mat, other hand out with dull claws spread.
