Wanda had just dozed off when JARVIS' voice startled her awake. Her eyes narrowed and moved to the ceiling, an obvious sign she was not happy to have been awoken. Once she heard the reason for it, however, her annoyance at the AI faded and she darted out of the bed with a speed that would have surprised her brother. Billy was here? And with injuries?
"Yes," she told JARVIS curtly as she hurried out of her room. She didn't bother to look back to check for her husband, knowing full well the synthoid was headed to the common room in his own way.
After what seemed like a lifetime, Wanda finally entered the room and rushed to her son. "Billy! Billy, I am here." She knelt down beside the teen and gently caressed his hair in a comforting motion. She looked over him with a critical eye as she did so, trying to determine exactly what had happened and the source of his pain. The blood stains seemed to indicate that it was the abdomen where the injury had occurred, but there was no wound to be seen. Her gaze returned to Billy's face contorting in pain.
"This should help with the pain," she told him softly. One of her hands hovered above his abdomen and started to glow a dim white as she whispered an incantation. It was a minor healing spell that she used quite a bit during her pregnancy with Eira. It was mostly used to calm nerve endings and reduce pain, a magical aspirin of sorts. It would suffice until they could figure out exactly what ailed him.
