Billy's comment made Cissie smile a bit. She knew that coming here would be a good idea. From first meeting she and Teddy had hit it off, and she liked hanging out with all of them at HQ. They were her family. And if you couldn't discuss stuff like this with Family who could you?
Distance was actually the one thing she didn't think she had to worry about. "I need to stay in the city. My case worker says that I'm still her responsibility until I graduate, so that may not be an issue." She sighed, offering both of them a grateful look. It wasn't everyone who'd be cool with her breaking into their place and then sitting on their couch talking. "But trust me, it's nice to know that all of you have my back. I've never really had that before." No. This was her family. Plain and simple. "And I wouldn't say no to closing that distance, Billy. But I should probably ask what you mean by that first." Could be phone related. Could be magic. You never ruled anything out!
"That's the weird thing," the blonde said, pushing some stray hair out of her eyes. "I haven't met him yet, but he wants to talk. So later this week... But my caseworker said that there were DNA tests and court orders involved? I didn't know that any of this was going on. Other than Bonnie stopping by Casa de Arrow the other week and Mia thankfully bitching her out, nothing weird's happened. So I don't know how all of this happened..." She told herself to stay calm. Being mad at bonnie wasn't going to do any good in the here and now... "And I have to wonder. Swear to god, you can't be a teenaged hero without some kind of major family drama!" She hid her face in her hands.
She just... "I just got settled with Ollie and the others. I don't really want to move again. But I don't have a choice in the matter."
