Re: Steve & Cissie
Admittedly, Cissie had looked at his costume first and not at the face of the man. Dracula. And a very convincing one at that... the cosutme was more Bela Lugosi and less Leslie Nielsen which was fine by her. And he pulled it off well. But it was when he said her name that she actually focused specifically on his face. (To be honest she'd been focusing on costumes and who everyone was more than their faces tonight. Mostly because the costumes were just so elaborate!)
Cissie tilted her head, trying to place the face but found that she couldn't. And then he mentioned the protest and a small smile came to her face. "Again. So you were there." She had no way of knowing that this was Captain America. Still... the voice was familiar, that much she knew. "I'm afraid you have me at a bit of a disadvantage," she held out her hand and offered him a genuine smile. She liked meeting people. No really! After years of it being basically herself and her mother she was making up for lost time. "This is going to sound crazy but ... you seem very familiar but I can't quite place you. Or your voice. And it's actually kind of embarrassing, I'm usually so good with faces."
