Danny and Dinah and Open
Knowing that Danny was coming with the students from his school, there wasn't anything that would have prevented her from coming to see them-- and to see them perform at that. When he'd said 'perform' in his texts, she had assumed that he meant doing a martial arts demonstration of some kind (because there was nothing cuter than babies doing flip-kicks); not something like this. All the same, she wrangled up a seat in the front row, giving the kids a little wave and a big smile when a few of them waved at her or smiled or bounced a little on the risers they were standing on.
She waited around after the set to catch a few hugs from skeletons and ghosts-- and she only had to explain her costume half a dozen times, generally using the excuse that it was "before their time". Kids greeted and hugged, Dinah waited for Danny, smiling and looking him over once to make sure he wasn't actually a skeleton under his skeleton suit, considering that the last time she'd seen him (or someone who looked like him) that could have been a very real possibility.
"I didn't know you could play piano." She teased, smiling brightly. "It's good to see you, Danny."
