She almost didn't recognize him, between the make-up and the mask, but that was entirely the point, wasn't it? His voice gave him away though- which also seemed pretty appropriate, given the costume.
She didn't quite touch the bracelets when he brought them up- but the inclination was there, a slight stutter in her movements and a suddenly plasticky kind of smile. "Thanks." She said automatically, forcing herself to keep her hands at her sides instead of fidgeting with them.
"But look at you!" She started, recovering a genuine grin and looking him up and down. "Are you going to sing for us tonight too, or just lurk in the rafters with a noose?"
