What: Jessica fails at going out.

She had spent some time sitting on her couch and flipping through various magazines and trying to replicate some of their looks. In the end she had ripped out an article about top summer trends and carried that with her into her closet. She had tried to put together something that was summery and cute but - she just had a lot of black in her wardrobe. She also didn't have a lot of what she would deem to be cute.

Still. She tried. She put her hair up, then put it down and then applied some makeup, grabbed her purse and - stood there debating if she wanted to do this. Yes, she decided she did. Being social was not going to kill her, and going out to have a nice drink on a patio by herself wasn't really super social. It was social-lite.

Sitting on the patio of the bar, Jessica, wished she had worn different shoes. She wished she could kick off her shoes but she didn't think that would be polite. So trying not to focus on her feet (ouch), she instead focused on the menu, starring at the variety of drinks available. Right did she want a Blue Lagoon? A Long Island Iced Tea? A Four Horsemen? With a sigh she put down the menu then picked up and pointed to a drink at random.

Right. She'd be having something called a Woo Woo. Now. Could she order that with a straight face?
