Teddy whipped in easily, wings and claws fading to present his more natural frame, the skin turning its normal peach. He looked around the room briefly, then at Billy.
Gee... Teddy folded his arms, head tilting as he watched Billy move around. Unlike Billy, Teddy had been keeping active and busy, stretching his wings so to speak after the harsh testing within the cell he'd been trapped in for a few weeks. That time had taught him a lot about his abilities that he didn't know before, and he had been pushing himself on his own to get comfortable with the new discoveries.
"You look..." Teddy rubbed at the back of his head, other hand out awkwardly. "Like you just woke up." Disheveled. Depressed. Unhappy to see me. That last thought stung most.
Well, he was the one who said they needed to talk. Teddy opened his mouth, trying to think how to start. "Um... You've been distant..." he started. Then shook his head quickly, pinching his nose. "No. Even worse. Would you just...? What is wrong?"
