"Suit yourself." Passing his card over to the barista, he told her, "And send an assortment of drinks and pastries over to the Registration Center with my compliments, I'm afraid I caused a disturbance there this morning. You can do maybe fifty or so drinks?"
Fabrizia raised an eyebrow, but agreed to handle it. He gave her a very large tip and took his own drinks in a carrier to a small table near the window while he and Agent Drew talked.
"Oh, of course," he said, as though he hadn't just taken up a good part of their morning with his own antics. "I can only imagine. Sounds pretty boring though, I mean - collecting all that information when most of it's just going to be sitting there. What on earth could Lexie possibly be planning on using it for?"
