"Most of the time it is, yeah. It has the best vantage point in the neighborhood. Few obstacles for the arrows, nice breeze on occasion," she smiled with a shrug. "And it's set back far enough that no one can see me, despite the costume. White doesn't always blend in so well with the shadows. Probably the reason that the Bats wear black, yeah?"
Cissie situated herself, sitting down with her legs hanging over the side of the fire escape. It was calm up here tonight. Nights like this were good. She liked them a lot. It gave her time to sit up here and think, to figure out her next move... But not tonight. She leaned back and looked over at Mia. "So how long have you been doing this?" she asked. She was curious. It took a lot of different factors. Either you were put in the costume or chose the costume, at least that was her understanding. Sometimes it ran in families, sometimes there were other circumstances. But either way they got to this point. And there was a story to tell with it.
