A quick study indeed. Billy completed missed what Teddy had mumbled as he tried to focus on making sure he didn't fall and trying not to let the loud shouting and laughter around them distract him. Still, seeing how much Teddy seemed to find himself falling was almost amusing. Scratch that. It was totally amusing. At least Teddy was good humored about the whole situation. Billy wouldn't have been. After a while, he probably would've given up and gone straight to the hot chocolate.
Speaking of, his expression brightened at the mere mention of it. He blinked when he felt, letting out a small cry of concern as he leaned forward, but Teddy was back up like a pro and he couldn't help but laugh. "Sure," he said, "I think it's just what we both need." He pulled a red beanie from his coat pocket and secured it on his head to protect his now-icy ears and followed Teddy to the hot cocoa vendor.
"I think this is my favorite part of the year," he said. "The presents are nice, but the hot cocoa?" He grinned. "Definitely makes everything more awesome."
