She respected that Doom wasn't going to go waltzing into this while she dangled the carrot in front of him. But still, she didn't want to waste anymore time as there were people she needed to visit and that involved leaving Latveria and making her way into the States.
"Nothing is expected, at least not immediately," Talia said calmly and walked over to where she plucked a suitcase from next to his desk. Laying it gently on the surface, she opened it and then pulled out a laptop, pulling it out from sleep and then turning to show him, "People with the sort of power you and I have are not likely to enjoy the idea of being told we are not allowed to have anymore power. And we certainly don't need anyone—"
An image of the Fantastic Four showed up, flicking to a newspaper image of the Avengers, then Batman and others, "telling us what we can and cannot have. The League would be happy to assist in any endeavors you might need help with, subtlety of course. Unless you wish to make a public display, and then we can work something out. We, on the other hand, could use something of an upgrade in our own weaponry. A genius such as yourself could arm us in a manner to make our work far more efficient."
The images came to a stop and then showed news articles making him seem to be the bad guy. "We can help stories like this come to an end, give you the reputation you deserve. And if we were to agree to this...symbiotic relationship as you put it, we could help each other gain access to others with like minds." Because he was sure to know others who would be helpful.
"The goal, our end game, is to create a perfect world. To purge all that needs to be purged in order to bring forth our utopia," Talia said politely, "We could build a whole new world together. If others are interested in this idea, we could each bring something to make it a reality."
