Well, Billy thought that was a relief, but blinked at the question. "Uh, yeah," he said, "for about half the day." He was, generally, amused with Teddy's directional thumbing. He almost didn't have the heart to tell him that the school was, actually, in the other direction. "I'm taking some dual enrollment courses at Empire State. Mostly the science stuff." He wore a small smile. "I take it you go to Midtown, too?"
He waited, expectantly, for a question but instead he received.... Well, staring. Did he have something on his face? "What?" he asked as he gingerly started to touch his face. "Is something on me?" He paused, his fingers drifting toward his hair. "Is it my hair?" Except, apparently, it was something all together different. He blinked. "Oh. Well." He wasn't sure how to respond to that. "Thanks. I think." He offered Teddy a small but uncertain smile. "You know what they say," he said, "everyone's got a twin out there somewhere!" Or something.
"Billy," came a voice from the pies. Billy glanced behind him held up a hand for his mother. "I should go." He paused. "I guess...maybe I'll see you around?"
