Kyle and Jen Open - A few hours after the bar opens
"Beer," Jen said, in response to his request and turned from where he was seated to the glass fridge that ran the length of the bar. She slid the door open and retrieved one of the bottles that was there amongst the rows and rows of beer and uncapped it on one of the bottle openers that was riveted to the old wood bar before setting it down in front of Kyle, on a napkin sprinkled with a little salt, of course, because Jen was good at what she did.
And even thought she was just a bartender...manager of this bar... she always gave 110%, even if this wasn't exactly what she hoped she'd be doing after graduating college. But she'd accept her lumps and realized that she had to start somewhere and that modeling jobs didn't fall from the sky. Besides working for Guy wasn't so bad, she liked him and the hours were good. And she liked the fact that she felt needed here, or was able to do some good.
"That'll be $4.25," she said with a smile. "How was work, by the way? I didn't even hear you get up this morning..." She commented, while she waited for him to produce the money.
