Smiling, she took his arm and let him hold the door open for her. If she was at all apprehensive about the date (other than the normal first day jitters), it didn't show. She took his arm and walked alongside him easily, smiling politely through introductions.
To be honest, she was a little surprised he knew so many people here. Maybe it wasn't the scene for a history professor, but as the curator of a museum and Bludhaven's resident Indiana Jones analog, it made more sense. Still, these were monied people, Bruce Wayne people-- and while Dinah didn't show any discomfort and could move easily among Gotham's top tier social club (she had experience thanks to so many years on Oliver Queen's arm), the creme de la creme never had rubbed her in a particularly good way-- with a few notable exceptions.
She let him help her out of her coat and draped her scarf over the back of the chair before sitting and gave a light, flattered chuckle at his compliment. "Thank you. You clean up pretty well yourself." Though shirtless wasn't half bad either was a comment that she managed to keep to herself-- barely.
