Brushing aside the instinct to tighten her arms across her chest, Pepper instead, smiled warmly, openly admiring his posture in return. She was familiar enough with him that it almost amused her how easily she was able to recognize from his expression where his mind had gone, but for once, she didn't mind.
She tried to tell herself this was a problem.
"So, you want to be covered in olive oil, is what I'm hearing," she smirked. "Struggling with equally naked men." Pepper pretended to consider. "I could support this fantasy of yours, but we have to do one of mine next."
More seriously, she thought about his question, and whether she felt comfortable with his suggestion, though she'd already known the answer when he'd asked his first question, before she'd even entered the room. It was only her ambivalence that made her hesitate. "Boudica was Icini," she smiled. "And the Roman's killed her. I think I can come up with something suitably worthy of a Roman General."
