Lex Luthor
Tony did not like their next meeting. Not at all. He could admit to the necessity of it, because there was no question that Lex Luthor was a powerful man - especially if he ended up getting into American politics and doing halfway decently. And apparently, so said the recent polls, he was. That didn't mean he also wasn't a dirty rotten patent-infringing thief...which was almost the definition of a politician, come to think of it.
He still raised an eyebrow as they parked the Fantasticar and headed into the lobby. "And people say I have narcissistic tendencies," he said dryly. "I am shiny but never in bad taste."
Wandering up to the receptionist, he beamed at her. "Tony Stark and Reed Richards to see Lex Luthor - and no, we do not have an appointment, but he'll want to talk to us. We even promise not to punch him. I'd have brought the armor if that was the case."
