Billy walked into the hideout and dropped his bookbag onto the ground beside the couch. "Hey," he offered toward everyone, giving Teddy a small kiss on the cheek before flopping down and stretching out. He wasn't sure he'd walked this much before he had figured out he could fly, and he was sore, mostly from Mojo's challenge the day before. He would have been there earlier, but he had to stop by the library and pick up a couple books so that he could get a headstart on studying for senior year. He also would have been there quicker if he had been willing to fly, which was something that he had been trying to avoid since he had been aged up. His powers had grown exponentially it seemed, but he didn't have any real control over them yet.
"So... how's everyone else doing during this madness?"
He hoped that nobody asked him about his challenge, since his experience hadn't been that good. Being paired with Wanda and Loki had been frustrating, especially with the latter's refusal to be of any sort of use to the group. As much as he hated being a teenager, he was pretty sure that he was ready to be back to normal.
